Deadlines for filing annual documents 2021 to authorities

Every employer has the annual obligation to submit the so-called Annual Documents of last year to the various authorities before a certain date. At least the Summary Wage Sheet (in Dutch: Verzamelloonstaat) must be submitted to the Tax Authorities in every country.
The external submission dates for the Jaarwerk 2021 are as follows:
Aruba January 31, 2022
BES January 31, 2022
Curaçao January 31, 2022
Suriname January 31, 2022
St. Maarten January 31, 2022
In Celery you can find these annual hard-copy PDF and possible digital document in the folder Documents/Annual. However, you can also generate these documents yourself in Reports/Annual reports.
Report number 13 concerns the Summary Wage Sheet for Tax Authorities, and in this report under ‘Export’ you will find the option to generate the digital Summary Wage Sheet. If you have generated this digital Summary Wage Sheet, do not edit and/or open this file before submitting it to the Tax Authorities because it will be unreadable.
