Surinamese employers who contribute pension premiums to the Algemeen Pensioenfonds Suriname (APF) can now take advantage of a new integration within Celery. This integration is designed to make managing pension contributions easier and more efficient. The APF integration in Celery offers several useful features. You can activate a predefined APF pension scheme with its corresponding settings. In addition, you can apply the APF pension calculation to your employees and generate the official periodic APF declaration via report P45.

How do you set up the integration?

The Integration can easily be activated via the Employer tab, followed by Integrations.

Once the integration has been activated, you can add the APF pension scheme and link your employees to it in just a few steps.

After setting up the integration, you can generate a CSV file for the official APF declaration via report P45 following the next completed payroll cycle. This file can then be uploaded directly to the online APF portal.

If desired, report P45 can be set as a fixed report via Employer > Edit > Reports after closing the payroll run, so that it automatically appears together with the other reports in the Documents tab.

In the payroll processing it will look as follows:

What does this integration costs?
The APF integration is available to Celery customers at a fixed rate of USD 25.00 per month. This gives you full access to the integration, fully embedded within your existing Celery environment.

Thousands of companies use Celery. Are you switching too?

Pricing for Celery starts at $20 per month.
