Here are our highlights of 2021 and our plans for this year. We are looking forward to it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expansion of the Celery team<\/strong><br \/>\nCelery first expanded the team in January 2021 with a new Commercial Director (Remco Ernandes). A few months later we strengthened our Support team with a Payroll Specialist (Angela Calmero) and at the end of the year we said goodbye to Sue van Elteren who was always a very strong pillar within Celery. We would like to thank her again for all her efforts and welcome the new Marketing Specialist (Lusviany Rojer-Strick).<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Celery headquarters<br \/>\n<\/strong>After a long period of working from home, Celery finally moved at the end of 2021. We are very proud of what we have accomplished. We were able to move together as a team in the last month of 2021 and are truly enjoying our new building at Snipweg 10! A special thanks go to: Felix, Erik, Frondaly, and Sue for their endless patience, commitment, and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Celery Bizy Center<br \/>\n<\/strong>Celery also has several units available for rent as office space. And guess what, there is still 1 unit available! Be quick because who wouldn&#8217;t want to start 2022 in a new office building, at such a central location?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Celery Academy<br \/>\n<\/strong>In 2021 Celery Academy has been very busy with expanding its offer of training courses and digitalizing payroll training courses for Curacao. Besides payroll training courses, in 2021 we also provided training courses in the areas of Human Resources and Finance, which we will continue to offer in 2022. Soon the payroll training courses for Cura\u00e7ao will also be available on video so that the course participants can follow that training at any time they wish. In 2022 we have plans to create such payroll training videos for Aruba, BES, St. Maarten, and Suriname. Thank you for the wonderful cooperation we have had despite the Corona times. We are looking forward to 2022 and wish you a Happy New Payroll year!<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Celery Partners<br \/>\n<\/strong>In 2021 we also welcomed several new partners. In Aruba, Pro Active IT Solutions has become our new referral partner. As for the new certified partners, our new partner in Cura\u00e7ao was: The Cura\u00e7ao Financial Group NV and in Suriname: IQT Holding Solutions. We would also like to thank all our partners for the great cooperation in 2021 and look forward to all the great projects of 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plans for 2022<br \/>\n<\/strong>We look back on 2021 with pride and satisfaction and aim to continue and grow further in 2022, with a focus on foreign markets. Furthermore, we have big plans regarding the expansion of our HR module, such as various improvements and refinements of existing HRM features, various new HRM reports, an HRM dashboard with interesting HR graphics and statistics, and last but not least &#8211; a smartphone app with the necessary HRM functions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celery wishes everyone a healthy and successful year.
