This minimum number was 15 vacation days per year.

The formula for calculating the minimum vacation days per year will be as of September 1st:

3.3 * number of working days per week

For an employee with a five-day working week, the minimum number of vacation days per year will be:

3.3 * 5 = 16.5

For an employee with a six-day working week, the minimum number of vacation days per year will be:

3.3 * 6 = 19.8

The above formula also applies if the working hours have not been agreed in ‘working days’ but in working hours.
