At least the Summary Wage Sheet (in Dutch: Verzamelloonstaat) must be submitted to the Tax Authorities in every country.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Tax Authorities, Aruba has two more obligations to annually submit an Employee Statement to the Directorate Labor &amp; Research (DAO) and an Employee Statement to SVB.<\/p>\n<p>Cura\u00e7ao also has the obligation to submit an Employee Statement to the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare (SOAW). Although in the past few years this obligation has already expired, and it is not clear now whether the obligation still applies.<\/p>\n<p>The external submission dates for the Jaarwerk 2020 are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Aruba \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 January 31, 2021 (is likely to be postponed as in previous years)<\/p>\n<p>BES \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 January 31, 2021<\/p>\n<p>Cura\u00e7ao \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 March 31, 2021<\/p>\n<p>Suriname \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 January 31, 2021<\/p>\n<p>St. Maarten \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 January 31, 2021<\/p>\n<p>In Celery you can find these annual hard-copy PDF and possible digital document in the folder Documents\/Annual. However, you can also generate these documents yourself in Reports\/Annual reports.<\/p>\n<p>Report number 13 concerns the Summary Wage Sheet for Tax Authorities, and in this report under &#8216;Export&#8217; you will find the option to generate the digital Summary Wage Sheet.
